deoxxys 04/04/24 12:38:10 AM #22: | Don't use a tomato based sauce for a cheeseburger pizza. Make it a mix of mostly mayo, some ketchup and mustard. I sometimes add a little bit of garlic powder or Sriracha.
Adequately dry off pickle chips and some onion strands, so you don't get a wet pizza. Pinchoff fingertip sized pieces so you guarantee they cook adequately. Use a low-fat beef if you want to avoid getting it really greasy or par-fry beforehand. For a decent quality dough, they often have pre-made pizza dough in the deli section of a grocery store or purchase from a local pizza place. Any part skim low moisture mozzarella will do. Finish with a sesame seed crust. --- twylite sprinkle http://tinyurl.com/jeqyas3 https://tinyurl.com/mgvx7h2 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
