Unfortunately outside of the occasional cheater in a game I care about, it just isn't engaging. "This person spliced/peeked/hacked X game to get Y time" and that's the whole video. I don't really care about the reasoning, I just care they stopped. Which, clearly, they did. SS stays King because I can feel his passion for Speedrun Communities in every video. Karl is the "law and order SVU" to SS's "forensic files." Karl is too into the drama whereas SS is all about analysis.
