Jack Smith can literally wait for a verdict to have Cannon removed for Bias. There is no reason for him to file to have her removed unless not doing so means Trump walks right then and there. If he can get a guilty verdict out of the trial, however obtuse, then all he has to do is appeal the stupid sentence Trump will undoubtedly get for a reasonable one.
