It finally happened, and by god I wish it happened sooner. This game is really great once you get past the early game. Metroidvania is my second favorite genre, and you can feel how this game created the foundation for future titles. I've played Zero Mission before, and usually I'm a remake guy, but this game might just be an exception. What an absolute work of art that is perfect just the way it is. Hard to believe this is an NES game. I don't want to go into too much detail in case someone who hasn't played through it yet reads this.
