Tigre is great. He's the rare non-epic villain that Phoenix has a personal stake in taking down. Bonus points to the most unique use of spirit channeling in the series. Wish there had been more stuff like that! The details of the murder are a bit silly though. Tres Bien still has everything cordoned off and the crime scene undisturbed a full month later? Blue Screens Inc. still has all of Glen Elg's stuff a full month later? Maggey is still wearing her waitress uniform in prison?
