Trumble 03/31/24 1:32:59 AM #10: | Seasoning in the context of a (usually) cast iron pan means something completely different to the usual sense. It's basically cooking oil into the surface to make it non-stick. Cleaning too harshly with soap can destroy this, but it's not unfixable, just have to re-season it.
