| Topic | My sleep schedule is....normal. why....? |
| vycebrand2 03/30/24 4:52:43 AM #2: | It different for me now. It use to be midnight to 6am. Got up with the Chickens my friend use to say. Right now, I'm not sleeping well at all. I might get 2 hours like 3-5. My cat gets me up and says it's hungry, feed me. I then can't get back to sleep. I'm ok most of the morning but after lunch around 1pm I take a nap and wake up at 4pm. It's been this way for a month. I'm use to broken sleep though. Raising cattle there was always something going on. Birthing calves, wild animals prowling, bulls having a tussle etc. Then when I was taking care of my friend who was Blind and had COPD, I was always getting up to see if she was ok or needed a bathroom break. I just want unbroken sleep.
