If he cut a deal with the Taliban, Biden just had to declare the Taliban wasn't a legitimate government. Half of what he did on the first day was executive orders to undo a bunch of stuff Trump did. So no, I don't really buy the excuse that Biden had no choice to do everything exactly as it happened because Trump said we were going to do it when he was still president. Remember when Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal, and how it permanently ruined any credibility of the US to enter into a new agreement, since the next guy could just renege on it anyway?
