| vycebrand2 03/29/24 9:20:48 AM #18: | I do but only started 5 years ago. I had some sciatica issues when I was 45. It lasted for a while then stopped altogether. 2 years ago I had shingles on my back. It effected my whole back. First the neck and middle. A year later lower back. It's really holding me back to making a full recovery from 2 years ago. There is one other factor in that I did farm work for 30 years. Posts, feed, wrestling with calves. It's taken it's toll.
