To the receiver of healthcare, there should be some per-use cost to it. It shouldnt be free, and it shouldnt be like $2000 to call an ambulance, but it should be something enough that people will think twice to using, so that it doesnt overtax the already overtaxed healthcare system. For example, if its free or like $10 to go to a doctor, then everyone will just go to the doctor for every little stupid shit. You need some kind of accountability partner to ask every time before you post.
