Topic	Is it true guys start getting back problems and pains when they're 30?

Abuse your body with contact sports, you will regret it in the future. I didnt do sports, but I admit my diet isnt the best, could lose 10-15 pounds to be better. I get body aches from weather changes. Mostly in my back from moving cases of soda and such during my first job, and arthritis in my hands --- I'm a ? Block.
