| Anteaterking 03/28/24 8:28:31 PM #35: | I think at some point there's just a numbers game that professional video games doesn't have the same infrastructure to support right now (thought it could in the future).
Like I went to a high school where kids were in football since 6th grade, putting in lots of hours of practice and training. Only a handful of kids during my time there were good enough at football to play in D1 college football. And from there I went to a D1 college with student athletes who were basically full time athletes where only a handful of them even became starters in the NFL. So when you're watching NFL games, you're watching a cut down from a huge group of people who seriously attempted to play football.
