In terms of home ownership, it probably makes a big difference that we kinda have 2 separate groups of homeowners. Those who locked in low mortgages and interest rates from a couple years ago, and those who have higher rates costs now. And don't forget, most Americans (2/3) are homeowners. This is kind of interesting as well.
