But it balances out because when they train they freaking *train.* I went down a sumo rabbit hole a few months ago and watched one of those "a day in the life at a sumo academy" videos, and they all gather and wrestle for hours, until they're absolutely drenched in sweat from head to toe. It's literally their whole life.
