For as comparatively weak as he is next to the other characters, he accomplishes a lot. Makes Piccolo nervous at the 23rd Budokai for underestimating the non-Goku participants. Is one of the few survivors in the Saiyan Saga. Takes out most of the Saibaimen. Hurts Nappa. Controls the Genki Dama. And was literally the last man standing. He had no business staying alive for as long as he did on Namek. He and Gohan actually summon Porunga. He injures Freeza, severing his tail. And hes the catalyst for Goku going Super Saiyan. There are 4 characters to make it to the semis n the Budokais at least twice. Hes one of them, along with Goku, Jackie Chun, and Tenshinhan.
