Fish are flash frozen industrially which kills all parasites. Flashlighting is also done to find remove any obvious ones. Fish you are unsure of can be frozen in a home freezer for an entire week to be safe.

Bacteria are honestly more of a concern since there's no cooking process to kill them where fish is raw.
As someone who has worked back of the house in many restaurants, I can assure you those parasites are being pulled from the meat that you eat while being prepped. Many of them are a foot long. And its not in hole-in-the-wall restaurants, either.
