s0nicfan 03/27/24 6:00:25 PM #51:	I might be slightly misunderstanding here, but going off of the picture I really don't see how any sort of zoning change in that particular boxed in area would fix the housing problem. Even all the speculation around height and views seems to be based on the assumption that at least one of the buildings in that area would be knocked down to be replaced by something else.
