One day during down time he said to me Mike, youre big you scare my wife! Why you so bigggg or stuff like eat more vegetables. Now I already have low self esteem so I never said anything because I didnt want to go to HR because deep down I was embarrassed about my weight. My management team even witnessed it and did nothing.
