While I feel bad for the workers in this situation, calling this late stage capitalism is a bit of a stretch. Sedona has always been expensive long before the housing crisis.

Workers not being able to afford housing there isn't surprising, it's the same in other upscale communities like Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills, the difference of course being that Sedona is somewhat remote while the aforementioned two are not.
