I was playing Greed Mode in Binding of Isaac, and there's this donation machine you can put coins in for permanent unlocks after beating the final boss. The more a certain character donates, the more likely the machine will jam and be unable to take more for that run. So I've got over 900 donated (of 999), I have over 80 coins and a 2% jam chance. First coin jams it.
