The first post mentions performance in Europe, and MS has always had a problem making inroads there, at least outside the UK. Same with Japan. I imagine the gap is much closer in North America. The 360 outsold the PS3 by a pretty decent margin the US, and it was the PS3's lead Europe and Japan that gave it the worldwide edge. So what can MS do in those markets?
