I pretty much stopped listening to music all the time somewhere in college, thats over ten years ago now. For me music is an activity that you do by itself, if you know what I mean, as in I absolutely hate background music since its distracting so I never use a radio or have music on while doing something else. Since I like doing other stuff a lot more than just listening to music I rarely end up listening at all. At most I will listen to stuff for half an hour every few weeks to a few months or so.

If I lived alone I would love background music to me good background music though is stuff thag has no lyrics and is kinda chill. Like lofi if you ever heard of them
