Jacoby Ford and Jeff Demps ran a 10.01. They aren't dedicated track athletes. Fastest time in Germany? 10.01. Fastest time in Sweden? 10.13 Fastest time in Denmark? 10.14 Fastest time in Finland? 10.12 Fastest time in Russia? 10.10 Fastest time in Ukraine? 10.09 Fastest time in Baltics? 10.14 Fastest time in Balkans(sans Turkey)? 10.08 Oh and Poland beat their time with a 10.00.
