Also for those saying after a point it just tastes like burning. What is your ethnicity and culture? The American idea of heat is exactly what you described. Hot just for the sake of being hot. In certain countries the flavor is retained with the extreme heat. India being an example of this. Thai being another. Also if you don't grow up eating this kind of food, I can understand only ever tasting the burn. It's something you have to get used too.
