"Do any of my current conditions or treatments have weight gain as a side effect?"
and

"If I'm trying to lose weight, is there anything in particular I should be concerned about?"

It depends on your labs. Learning how to read them can help. Thyroid issues (TSH) can indicate weight problems one way or another. If your glucose is high you know a diet change can help reduce insulin spikes and resistance. If your cholesterol and triglycerides are high probably eat less meat, if your ALT and AST numbers are bad it means you may have problems with your liver that can cause swelling and the appearance of weight gain all over your body. Common with alcohol use. Heart meds (Beta Blockers) can lower your Max Heart Rate so that's something to ask maybe.

I did see South Carolina murk North Carolina, when working out at home, sports make for good unofficial timers. The Women's game is a little more entertaining than the Men this weekend. Stanford and Iowa State was also good. Felt good to finally knock the dust off my weights.
