It's exactly the same semantics as Chick-fil-A thinking they could get away with saying they invented the chicken sandwich, by simply branding their chicken sandwich as "chicken sandwich." Except in this case, it got you in the door expecting to pay one price before getting bait n switched. And I'm not even talking about special orders or substitutions.
