Otherwise you're totally fucking over all the classrooms that are upstairs or nowhere near where the bathrooms are. If it was a tiered system of timing, like 7 is an indicator and 10/14 is punishable then that's still dumb but at least fair. Still though, this should not exist and whoever is trying to use it as a parallel to the real world can go fuck themselves --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
