See, Wallz, what's making me raise my eyebrow at you is that Lopen voting and unvoting isn't inherently scummy. It's a weak reason to accuse Lopen of being scum.

I could vote and unvote everybody and no one would bat an eye. It's weird, but is it inherently scummy? Not really. Nothing happens! ... As far as we're aware, at least. If Lopen starts voting and unvoting everyone tomorrow, then we might want to look at him again.

I know it's D1, but it just feels like a very weak argument.
