and im probably missing a few but these are most of it.
surprisingly, if you could only eat 1 type of food, the potato is the healthiest because it has tons of vitamin c as well as starches and other stuff. there are cases of people eating basically only french fries and they don't have problems (except brain problems).
potatoes and lentils would probably take care of most things, but eating a variety of vegetables is gonna be better I think.
Supposedly people can live indefinitely eating nothing but potatoes and szlted butter.
