It was fully customizable with HTML iirc (Idk shit about this kinda stuff so take the details with a grain of salt lol) but people would open up adult rated marketplaces. I don't remember if there was any explicit nudity but there definitely was sexual connotations. Idr if there was a way to chat with other people on the site. I stayed away from talking to people online for the most part outside of Gamefaqs back in the day. Tho I did play Habbo Hotel a few times as a kid and that shit was filled with perverts.
