At least it wasn't of their kid or grandmaNow this reminds me of Makode Linde's Painful Cake from 2012. It was some museum thing and the Swedish minister of culture visited and would cut up some cake. To her surprise, the cake looked like a stereotypical nude black woman, and she was told to start cutting at the vagina. And when she did, the face started to scream. Turned out that the creator, Makode Linde, had blackfaced himself to look like the cake and it was part of some art.
