nah i suck at planning far into the future. i pretty much chased dopamine rushes throughout my life looking back. i don't do anything unless it makes me feel excited. I can force excitement onto myself by waiting till the last minute which is what i pretty much did for schoolwork or other work i had in the past tbh.

anyway my real health is unknown to me atm. im making a lot of assumptions right now based on family history. i haven't actually seen a doctor since around early 2019. what set this panic off was just some dental appointment that i canceled today because im no longer on my parent's insurance. then i started thinking about other issues ive been having outside of dental stuff.

i could be a hypochondriac tbf.
