Definitely start with like a "job simulator" type cartoony thing. Something that doesn't even pretend to resemble reality. Build up a tolerance for the motion of VR playing things like that before tackling more realistic games. It's not the sort of thing you can jump right into the deep end on, but once your tolerance is built up it's a fantastic way to experience those games. Yeah my dumb ass thought that since I was good with Vive I'd be okay with Gran Turismo, the Horizon game, and No Man's Sky.
