And to be honest with you, saying "seek help" and nothing else in response to a topic about star wars or whatever it was doesn't really scream sincerity - it's the kind of thing usually said to insult or annoy someone. Like right at the start of FF7 Remake Cloud says to Barret "get help" knowing it would piss him off. It wasn't a severe suggestion that Barret see a therapist. It's a pretty common way of antagonising people.
