I'm not for people like them being locked up in relatively plush prisons when the countries they devastated are in ruins and people are struggling to survive. I especially feel this way about despots in least developed countries as if you look up how the war criminals of the likes of Sierra Leone, Liberia and Rwanda are treated compared to penny ante criminals there it's not right and horribly unjust.
