Humans are not robots and the quality of work goes down the longer they go without appropriate breaks. The 5 day workweek does not leave enough time for people to get the breaks they need to maintain optimal productivity, while the 4 day workweek does. --- Look, I can name a few instances in MY life where I tried to reach mutual understanding and i can TELL you, always faster and easier to just kill em.
