Man that's really exciting. I didn't read most of the other topic, are you moving permanently? Also do you speak any Japanese? Contract for 1 year and can be extended. For that first year I'm hoping to learn more Japanese (at conversational level right now) then get another job in data/programming. Want to stay there permanently if all goes well. Damn_Underscore posted... What are you going to do in Japan? Teaching as an entryway into Japan.
