I was shocked in 2018 I think when I was walking in a park and saw a group of a dozen or so people playing it. I'm downright amazed it's still popular. I do remember the first summer of Pokemon Go though, everybody was out being social and living their best life together. Everybody was playing it and had that in common. The comradery was crazy.
