I don't care for Klefki, but like half of the gen six designs, including all the new fairy pokemon, were bad. Klfeki was bad, but doesn't especially stand out.
The ice cream line is especially ugly, because there's no reason for the ice cream to inherently look so unappealing. While gen five has a lot of designs on that sit at either the good or ugly end ends of the design spectrum, the ice cream line are very much on the ugly side.
