In Australia we often drop the 't' at the end of contractions like won't/don't/can't but otherwise pronounce the word as normal. It's only when it's the end of a sentence that we're inclined to say it in full. Also, to the confusion of a German acquaintance of mine, we pronounce "favor" as "fayva," like we're half-assing the second syllable. Whereas I assume in Europe it's pronounced "fay-vore."
