The guy uses bag in attempt to conceal Wal-Mart merch and gets caught shoplifting. Subway worker is also arrested too for Complicity to Theft for giving the criminal a bag. Subway worker loses job, goes on probation for 2 years with fines and mandatory minimum restitution. Restitution for that plastic bag was $500-ish dollars. --- "It was horrible," guard Jeff McInnis said.
