Yea, you either live in a place that's close by your Job or have an online/remote Job... Are there markets, restaurants, and other stores for necessities withing the 5-mile radius? How about healthcare places? It there aren't any of these around, then we can't live. Not everything can be bought or accomplished online. Again, live near a place with said Restaurants, Shopping Centers, etc or just order from an online Deliv service (instacart, etc) Furthermore, does it mean only the house or condo is free? How about utilities and other services? Are they also for free? Yea free utilities, cable, internet, HOA fees, Insurance, No Property Taxes, etc. But you can't take out any Mortgages or Home Loans. but I'd definitely consider it, especially if I could cancel the arrangement at any time and go back to paying for housing.
