What is the controversy here? Let's say it is photoshopped. So what? I mean in the grand scheme of things, like, nothing really. But she had a fairly serious surgery and still hasn't been seen by the public at all since, and the Royal Family is acting all weird as hell about her. So the conspiracy theories are running wild. Shit like this just fuels that, to the point where even some of these news agencies are now like "wtf?"
