but yea the story never really improves its just fighting and more fighting once shibuya starts

Nobara wasn't even really one of my favorites, but she was the major female character. It's not just that the show "isn't afraid to kill off major characters" as many people point out, it's that they do a piss-poor job of fleshing them out beforehand for them to even matter.
