And even then, it was province-by-province. In Alberta, we got a pack of 5.....at A & W Drive-thru's. I was fortunate to get some. I got about 20 packs, they were just giving them away as fast as possible, which is not the protocol. The minimum wage employees did not give a shit, they were some of the few who were forced to work in the height of the pandemic and risk their health. Free tests have been gone here for a while too iirc.
