"I'll take care of the 90 year old leery pervert." Random people who aren't regular visitors, it's just a small percentage with an asshole quotient, but they are absolutely more noticeable than 10+ good interactions, especially if one of the assholes is petty enough to write a comment card to the admins that never work floor. Library ain't retail (except during the twice annual book sale) but it's near enough to count. creeps you out, like she was extremely mean?
