Back in the day, when you clicked on a site for a recipe, you just got a recipe... nowadays, for some reason, a person has to write their life story and bury the recipe underneath said biography. Oh well, at least they've started putting "skip to the recipe" buttons on those sites because I guess so many people were complaining about the boring biographies. Plagiarism and American copyright law. As instructions, recipes can't be copyrighted so if all you post is a recipe they can be stolen freely.
