Most of the people who listen to 'man this election sucks' and stop voting are the people who lean left. Foreign policy - I'm assuming your talking about Israel/Palestine, and yeah that's very bad but the entire government is in on that shitshow. That doesn't make it better but I'm also not going to allocate emotional bandwidth to something that can't possibly be changed. For the other stuff you're going to have to be more specific.
