It's actually not -that- bad aside from a handful of provisions, if the leak is real, but those provisions are on the "This is almost definitely illegal if it ever actually gets put to a case" level of being bad.

Again, assuming it's real. It could very well not be.

Particulars, from what I remember off the top of my head:
-created IP belongs to the company, not the talent (this is standard in a lot of tech industries)
-Return tools to the company when leaving (again, normal...except Nijisanji provides fuckall and a later point is "can compel you to buy things you need to do your job", which is extremely questionable when paired with the previous point of returning things when you leave)
-Skinwalking (again, vtubers are basically fancy mascots anyway, of course management can puppet. No big surprise or outrage here)
-Livers must comply with agency demands (mmmmmquestionable, but does explain "A Message From Nijisanji EN")
-Draconian legal threatening over compensation/pay (this seems Extremely Questionable)
-Don't stream things or say things that harm niji's image (I mean this is stock for a corporate contract, but...seems particularly questionably enforced, considering what they get up to over there)
-"If there are any changes to The Agreement, any continued use of IP within 14 days implies consent" (So oops if you do a stream, or tweet as your role, you're auto-accepting whatever nonsense went in. This seems Hella Unenforceable/Illegal even for a JP corp)

again, though, we don't know if the leak is legitimate. So take all that with a grain of salt.
