MagicalPrincess 03/07/24 9:24:58 AM #3: | Cutting out carbs and sugar (soda, bread, pasta, flour, yeast, processed/fast foods, grains, corn, vegetable oil) and making healthy keto versions (I say healthy keto because some people do keto in an unhealthy way) of stuff using almond/coconut/nut flour and using real olive/avocado/coconut oil and grass fed butter, meat and eggs and wild fish like salmon, really makes a difference.
